Answer: No, it is sufficient to log in using BankID(Only Sweden) or our two-factor authentication.
Do I, as a recipient, need to be registered?
Answer: No, that is not needed.
Can I recreate e-deliveries which has been deleted?
Answer: No, everything that has been deleted is irrevocable. You need to contact the sender for a new copy.
Can I have an account with more than one mobile number?
Answer: No, that is not possible..
I have forgotten the password for my BankID, what do I do?
Answer: Contact your bank for a new BankID (Only for Swedish users).
Is Seqrra free for recipients?
Answer: Yes, it is, the sender pays the postage.
Can I save and store consignments with Seqrra?
Answer: No, for security reasons we don´t offer that service.
